This documentary tells the story of how Soviet leaders performed bizarre irrigation experiments on Sasyk Estuary at the Black Sea in Southern Ukraine. This created a slow moving eco disaster which continues today. Sasyk has become ground zero for a battle between eco activists vs. poachers, bureaucrats and corrupt officials.
